Signing Pro

Just called for a B of A loan mod application.
No money to pick up.
Only 1 notary with about 7 pages.
Usually pay $35 but because it was 30 miles would pay $65.
My basic fee to leave the shop is $75, loan signing to 20 miles away plus e-doc print fee. I would have done l notary, 7 pgs and an hour of travel for $75 BUT, Revees Hary owes me for 3 yrs ago (was told they were no longer owned by Revees Hary).
Wanted to say Signing Pro was just posted about on NR which was negative.

They still owe me for a signing performed January a year ago. Don't know if Reeves Hary still owns them or not, but I'm not doing business with a company that owes me money.

Those 7 pages loan mods are great. I charge $75 for them right here in river city.

BTW I came through Weatherford Friday as I was headed to The Wildcatter Ranch south of Graham. I honked as I went through. Did you hear me? LOL

JJ

No I couldn't.
I was 50 miles away as the crow flies, 75 miles by road on the west side of PK, about 20 miles accross the lake at a RM signing from 3 til 5 (a reader).
I've not eaten at Wildcater but have been on the property several times on business.

Pretty nice place. Definitely not cheap to eat or stay there, but it made for a nice weekend. Great steaks, caesar salad, and wine. LOL
