This is just the kind of sh*&^t that causes SS to look bad in the eyes of the NSa.
I dislike a SS that does not own up to the end of the deal. I am not trying to say anything bad about this other company, but here is exactly why I had a web site posted at one point for this very reason

Recent posts sort of indicated this co. might be about to fold up (they did this same thing a few years ago under All-Pro). Unfortunately, the ss business does not have a good rep because there are a lot of shills & deadbeats. It makes it tough for the good guys, Tony. The same hold true for the notary business. It's tough for the trained professionals to get the fees & respect we're due because of the bad guys in our business. It seems to go with the territory. That's why SC is so important on this forum.

I'm sure Todaro will continue to operate by using cell phones to contract loan signings. Title Company needs to know their vendor has cut off their phone in order to avoid Notary's attempts to inquire about or collect owed monies that Title has already paid Todaro. I suggest those owed monies by this SS send a certified letter to Title immediately so they know Notaries will contact Title directly for payment when they are stiffed by Todaro. If Title says "we paid the them, not our problem" then they are uncooperative and don't care. The Notary should then make Title aware that they are ultimately responsible for Notary services and may be reported to the Ohio Insurance Commissioner for knowingly contracting with a thieving vendor - whose intent is to steal from STATE PUBLIC OFFICERS.

interestingly, i called them last week about a signing I did back in FEBRUARY! Andrea Sim still has her voice mail noting that she represents Todaro...I'm not too hopeful about recovering my money....

We are absolutely still in business, I am not sure why the phone said it was no longer in service. We have been extremely slow but still here hoping for the big turnaround....
