I did a closing for them, and took 3+ months to get paid. If you do a closing for Transcontinental, they send it to a 3rd party now. If they (the new company) does not have your information, and are"pre approved" beforehand with them, they let it sit and do nothing. Trabnscon. just gives you their number, and you have to track it down, register and wait AGAIN to get paid. Transcon. does not tell you they farm out to a 3rd party, so you assume you get paid like usual. I will not work for them anymore becuase of the hassel. I eventually got paid after weeks and weeks of phone calls and faxing invoices over and over again.
I want to work for the company who pays me, not a 3rd party.

TCT isn't farming out - they were taken over by FASS end of July, 09 and now you need to have NNA background check to close for them.

Not necessarily true. I still close for them (FASS) and do not have a background check. Guess it just depends on who they can (or cannot) find. And they always pay timely.

What I was told by FASS just 3 months ago

when they contacted me to come over to them with the TCT takeover - I had until 12/31 to obtain the BGC and it MUST be the NNA BGC - it's the only one that's acceptable - no BGC you won't work for them..

That's just what they told me..
