What does "CTB" mean with FASS?

Can't access the dumb site, but fass1 said it had been updated to CTB? I don't know what that stands for.

The email back to me, after my update, was:

"Order has been updated with CTB."

I thought it might mean "Contact The Borrower," as for them to CTB.

Actually, the borrower just called me. VN lady. She's been out of pocket all day, and has no cell, which I tried to get in case I couldn't contact her again tomorrow. Been trying to contact her for about 9 hours to confirm.

Scheduled this one for 1:30 tomorrow, and next opening is at 7:30-8:00. Gonna be a good day tomorrow.
