Is anyone out there from Maryland that is having issues with the 150K surety bond we have to have by the end of this year in order to do mortgage closings??

I just received my notice for increased premium for my 150k Surety Bond. My premium amount increased 50%. The effective date for the 150K Surety Bond was October 1,2009.
