I am returning to have someone sign there middle name in full versus an initial. Have any of you had this happen? Would you have the borrower squeeze that middle name in there or cross out the whole thing and resign?

Ask your hiring party what they want you to do

It's their docs - their call...do they also realize that any notarizations have to be done with the current date?
