timeshare relief
I had a call from a company needing a notary for some POA at the end of their meetings. They are a time share relief company. Has anyone ever heard of this?

Is it timesharerelief.com? If so, I worked with them for 2 days ( 3 mtgs each day) signing POA's at the end of their meetings.
Then have these 90 minutes presentations and charge a fee to help people get out of their timeshares.
Easy work, there were about 5-6 POA's for each meeting. I was paid cash at the end of the day. I would work with them again.

I just worked with them last week (Timeshare Relief, Inc.), after first checking them out with BBB (A rated since 2005). Very interesting stuff, and nice people. My only issue is that it tied up my whole day. But with business slow, that didn't matter. It was a good day, and I'd do it again. And it's always nice to be paid immediately and not have to wait on the money.

Hi, so glad to find this info. They called me yesterday. I am doing a signing at their seminar this coming Friday. In a slow market, immediate pay is always a good thing! Praying they keep their word. At this point, I'm relying on your experience with them, so thank you very much for posting this. Blessings, Lori

I did appx. 20 Limited POA signings at a local seminar 2/12/10. I was paid cash the same day. The people were WONDERFUL to work with and I enjoyed the information at the Seminars. It does take up your whole day, but again in this market, work is work and I would definetly do signings again for them the next time they come to town if invited to do so! Paul, Nicole, Amanda & Melissa were all great. (I did have to attach Calif Jurats to all the POA's as their wording on their docs had the verbage "personally know" which is no longer allowed in Calif. Spoke w/NNA & TSR's legal dept. to OK)
