24/7 payments...

Is anyone still getting paid from this company? I have outstanding invoices from end of June. Hopefully David in accounting will return my call. They gave me his email as [e-mail address]. Hope that is correct. In search a notary had email wrong. Hope they are being straight with me. Any updates would make me feel better.

End of June?!? You mean June of last year, I hope. 24/7 is legendary for slooooow pay... but in my experience, they do pay ..... but when they feel like it. I finally quit working for them because I couldn't deal with the anxiety of not getting paid for months and months and months and being ignored by David. It was too bad because I really liked most of the staff and Tracy, the owner. But at the time I quit working with them I was also afraid that they'd go under (like so many other SSs and TCs did during the beginning of the mortgage meltdown) and leave owing me hundreds of dollars, but apparently they've held on .... so I guess you just have to be super patient.

I too have worked for 24/7 off and on. I have always been paid, but well over 60 days each time and only after I have contacted David repeatedly. I have stopped taking assignments from them as I do not like to go through all of the hassle to get what is due me.

You'll still get the same results. I have one now that is over 60 days. I've stopped taking any work from them.

David answered my email and he said I wasn't set up in their system but I should be getting a check after Tuesday. I will update with results.

I took them to court April 2009. The judge ordered them to pay me for unpaid closings plus $80. Well they still owe me! I have nothing good to say about them! If you bug them they'll partially pay. If you take them to court they are adament about paying for only the closings and not your inconvenience. If you desire more information feel free to contact me.

Got a call Monday 9/21/09 to do a signing for Tracy. I said no because I
haven't been paid on signings from June. She thought a check had been sent out. Called me back. Had payment for 2 signings in hand but not mailed. Today is 9/28/09 and still no check. I gave her a week and will call tomorrow. If she doesn't pay me soon I will start a new thread and say negative things about her. Glad I didn't take the signing. My husband said I should have and now she is getting me back. I did the right thing.

I've been waiting 6months now. Escrow said they cut 24/7 a check on October 30th, 2090. Tracey is still telling me to be PATIENT. I think I have been. Fidelity National Title in San Diego, CA was no help at all.
