Added Law Office of Walter J Manning to SC

Located in Warwick, R.I. and I had my 1st signing with them.
Good communication, docs were ready a day ahead of time, they agreed to a fair fee and paid within 10 days. I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again!

From their website, they only offer services to Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts, with RI being their main office. It may be that SC is defaulting to only showing them to RI notaries. (If so, showing again the flaw in limiting companies to a particular area.)
