Received an email notification today. We have a closing in your town tonight our fees with edocs $80.00 is that good for you? Umm no! Someone in my area is doing closings with edocs for $60.00!!

accepting jobs for $75 bucks! don't they realize that it hurts our profession by accepting these lowball prices!

I get the MDA email notification for edocs signings that pay $46.00. One for an order that would have been 70 miles round trip....I would have lost money to accept that order. I would have been better off paying them $46.00 and staying home drinking a beer and relaxing. LOL I am sure that you can call and try to negoiate....but for that area I charge $125.00 - and I get it. They would have never come up that much. Not worth my time and energy.
