Another "Is it me?"

I do a fair number of timeshare jobs for a SS in CA. For the FL properties, they require 2 witnesses and state that the notary can be one. Well, here in AZ, the notary CANNOT be a witness. That's the law.
So, I am trying to tell that to the supervisor. So, she answers me back: "Can you do the signing in a public place?"
She had no idea what I was talking about! LOL!
I think I am speaking English.

Quick answer to their question, "sure, if they bring 2 witnesses".

I think that by asking if you can do in public place

she means that it would be easy to grab 2 witnesses from others in the establishment. JMHO

Re: I think that by asking if you can do in public place

That makes sense. My whole point was that I wanted her to let AZ notaries know that they cannot be a witness, despite what the instructions say.
