Anybody wanna notarize a car title?

This guy wins the Darwin award. I got a call to notarize a car title tonight. The buyer wanted me to just notarize the signature of the original owner - not the guy he just bought it from. He's trying to tell me that he's the third owner of the vehicle. Apparently the original owner signed the title but never had his signature notarized. So, the second owner never signed the title.

Anyway, if you believe this crock, I have some oceanfront property in Phoenix that I'd like to sell you! Sheesh!
