Better this month????

I will do on average 30 to 40 a month.. last month 22.. eom I had one... Last night I had one, today 2 and one for tuesday ( next week ).. Things are looking better... Is this what others are going thru.
I've heard that new Respa laws are holding up things and once they can get things going we will have a flood of signings..

Yes, Sept is starting much way better than Aug. Have 2 this evening and 6 scheduled for next week already. Wish the same for everyone.

It just started to pick up in August when it was time for me to go on vacation so I don't know what I missed but the beginning of this month is no prize either so far. For the past several months, all of the signings I have had were loans that the borrowers had started 3 or more months prior.

I normally handle 40-50 closings a month...I had 34 in August and only 3 this week.
