Yes, I did a closing for them 7-10. Have billed weekly for the last month. Sent threatening letter this week. Not one of my messages has been returned!

As a follow up - after sending demand payment letter notifying them that I would take action on Oct. 1st to notify their client, attorney general, etc. I received a check on Oct. 1st!

I did a couple jobs for them. They paid, but you need to wait 60-90 days.

I sent my invoice at the end of July as instructed. Aug 31 no check. They blamed it on an employee who no longer works for the company, I've heard that one before. Had me fax my invoice again on 9/11. Emailed me that the check was processed and sent that day. Still no check. Sent demand letter today.
Do they always use these stall tactics?

I'm waiting for a check also. I did signing on Aug.11 and I called them to find out when I could expect a check. They said to expect it around 9-15. When I didn't receive it, I started leaving messages which were never returned. I called again yesterday and they said check is going out then (yesterday). We'll see.
