Just got a closing for the 2nd and have read a few things about their payment history. Anyone done any work for them in the past month and have been paid on time?

I currently am waiting payment for one I did July 31th for them.
Talked to them a few minutes ago. Checking with accounting.

I had two closings with them at the beginning of August. When they called for the third closing on Sept. 24th, I asked to be paid for the ones in August. They mailed the check that day and I received it four days latter.
