Under Terms & Conditions/Disclaimer ...

"... we cannot guarantee a specific result or outcome of the service we provide to you. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the amount of time it will take to achieve a modification of your loan." At least they are upfront ... something we haven't seen much of in the past. As said in the past, not for me ... for all the reasons previously given. And speaking of with the attention given to the subject, I sometimes wonder if there shouldn't be a sub-forum devoted to "Loan Modifications". Harry?

This is one of the hot topics right now. IMO it all has to do with what's happening in the economy.
I'm not for any "sub-forums". We don't have them for anything else, why this?
