Doing a search on the zip code produces that Joan Taylor is a NSA, RE agent, and so on. She calls herself Inky closings. Could be she is branching out.....

I did my first signing for Joan at Inky Closings in August and was paid in less than 45 days. I believe they normally pay in 14-21 days and the delay this time was because they didn't have my W-9. Joan was very easy to work with and I would be happy to work with her again.

I accepted a signing from INKY on 4/17/09 and was paid on 5/2/09. Easy to work with and met my fee.
