Is Equipoint Financial , CA. connected to the one in FLA.?

I was called for a RM by the one in CA.. Most negative reviews are about Equipoint in Fla.. Any input would be appreciated.

I did one earlier this month, so no real track record w/me yet. All contact and terms were acceptable and reasonable. They have been a pleasure to work with so far, I am talking about the company in San Diego,CA.
