Or is NRES Chaotic today. I squeezed in one for them provided they move it from 5 to 7. They called back a couple of hours later and said that was fine. Got the doc's, no confirmation. called the guy that scheduled me and got sent to voicemail. I waited a bit and talked to another guy who sent me a confirmation. Turns out another letter got added to my email. Called again and finally get it right. No answer at the borrowers phone...not even voice mail. Run to 5. get that done and start driving the 45 minute drive to this one. Get borrower on the phone. He's upset I didn't show at 5. Wants to cancel because a family member died in a car crash the night before. Then changes his mind. Get there. No HUD. I usually spot that but didn't this time as I was multitasking with NRES on the phone while printing the docs. Calls, emails and messages left all over the place and no response.

I stopped working for them a while back when things like that were happening all the time, and they wouldn't budge on their fees. It's too bad--they really were a good company to work with. It just became too much hassle.

I've only done a couple for them, and they were both messed up. Asked me to do something I would not do and took many many phone calls to get a pen and ink change OK'd. They did pay a high fee because they were desperate.

Well I can't even get an answer of where to send it and an acct number for the carrier. Maybe when the aspirin kicks in, I'll think of something.

I recently did one for them.

Started wondering about my check and the next day they called saying it was returned, as no longer at that address.

They sent it to an address I had not lived at for 3 years and get this--never lived at since doing my first job for them.

They do not re-cut the check, stuff in regular envelope and mail.

Got it today. It was made out in my former name.

I have done quite a few for them since getting married and they all have gone to my new address with the new married name.

What IS up with them?
