LA Fire Update

These NASA pictures are pretty awesome. 62 homes and three commercial buildings have burned in this blaze. Firefighters estmate it will last another week, but cooling trend is helping to slow it up.

I heard on the news that the fires are just being fed by the hot, dry weather. All that is being reported is the loss of real estate. I keep thinking about the loss of wildlife, which can't be rebuilt.
People can evacuate--animals are just trapped in this.
