I just received a notice Land America Richmond, VA. filled Chapter 11 on September 9, 2009.

That's actually very old news. The notice was about the hearing date set for Oct. 13.

Also, don't confuse the issue with Land America One Stop Signing in PA. They were never included in the bankruptcy, which has something to do with investors.

I have done several signings for Land America One Stop this year and have been paid for all of them. It takes about 30 days after signing, but never had a check bounce from them. Wish I could get more closings from them

Did you post in Signing Central? No matter what, some people will hold the negative thoughts in their minds. They just won't accept that OSS was not involved in the bankruptcy.
