Loan Documents Now

We made a error in our negative report and sincerely wish to withdraw our former posting. We have been busy with so many no pays and firms sending us nsf checks that we were too hasty with Loan Documents Now.....all we ask is better communications even when we are wrong ....no communication leaves us no information, please......Ronald

You also owe Tammy (owner of Loan Documents Now) an apology.

Anyone can make a mistake. You should always double check your records before posting negative info about a company.

We always communicate with everyone. We are available 24/7 to anyone who wishes to speak with us. Sometimes we may be on the phone, but we make sure to call people back. While I realize payments to notaries are a little slower then they use to be, we always pay and if for some reason you didn't get your check, please don't hesitate to call us.

It appears the poor communication is your problem. An apology mixed with excuses doesn't cover the situation. You need to get NotRot to delete your original post. IMO it was irresponsible to post something so damaging in error. It's your responsibility to fix it.
