SC only has one comment on this company about a mod app (NOT GOOD)......Does anyone know if this company does regular mortgage signings or are they just an extention of one of the mod scam companies?

They sent me a sign up package, but I do not want to send it back with all of my info if they are working with the mod scam outfits.

I may be mis-interprtting what you are trying to say, but "this alone" should not be a reason to not work with any signing service, their are many reputable SS that are working with multiple customers and may not always be aware of the details of the appointment they are sending us on. I think this was a recent experience someone on here encountered.

Have no personal info on N3, but if you do a search they have been discussed here and yes I think they also do other types of closings.

I did a "small" signing for them back in March. A woman here was buying a car from her father in Florida. There was a Title and I think a small loan involved. Maybe a dozen pages, some NCR paper, they supplied everything. Paid in 36 days. No problems.

I never had to send a sign up pkg. I have done maybe 3 loan signings in the past 3 yrs or so. Always paid within the 30 days. This last one I did in July still no payment. I have also sent David e-mails and called. Will not work for them again.

Thanks...I just did not want to sign up for a 21st Century Legal Services type outfit. I am ok with a SS having all kinds of different clients....just do not want to be the face of a scam for a customer.

I don't know what you searched in Signing Central. Under 24-7 National Notary Network (N3) there are a lot of comments. I have done work for them. They pay low & slow. I've never heard of a sign-up package for them either.

Sorry, 24-7 NNN has always been referred to as N3. This is obviously a different co.

I received the same package by email yesterday and after looking at their rates ($50 per standard closing set) there is no way I will sign up with them.
