even though, I am logged in, I cannot access any comments to ready how come they have 3.5 stars. Anyone have information to share?

That is weird. There are no comments but it has a star rating. I haven't worked with them in 3 years so I don't know what they are like now.
I am going to email Notary Rotary to see why that might be happening. It would be good to see the comments. That is very strange. :-)

It is NR's way of frustrating us. This coding sh** is a

pita for us and hurts us more than it will ever help us. They can't seem to understand that.
