Does anyone know anything about Notary Pro Out of Aliso Viejo Ca? they have asked me to do at least 6 loan modifications that I have done but, I have not been paid yet!

They pay, but are slower than molasses in January. 60+ a few. Nor does nagging speed 'em up. Look at it this way--you'll have your Christmas shopping money on time.

They used to be really good in paying; but now there's always an excuse that they pay late; i.e., new owners, ordered new checks, changed banks, etc. I am through with them!

They don't have a good record for paying. I won't do modification applications where I collect money and they wanted that. Be persistent. You will probably get paid eventually but look at the signing list. It has saved me so many times!

They used to be OK (5 years ago) now they seem to be "hanging on by a string" like so many other companies.
