He screwed me out of a signing a couple winters ago. I wouldn't give him the time of day.

It's simply not worth the stress to deal when some companies.

It's my personal wish that those 'waste of time' companies just close up go away.

When I was first getting started in the LSA biz several years go, PDS also screwed me over big time. It was pretty shocking to naive little me at the time how scummy this business could be. I'm not going to go so far as to thank PDS for waking me up to the realities of just how bad a SS could be, but they were definitely my Rubicon.
After that, I became cautious whom I worked for and/or went after the cheats aggressively. It's still far from perfect out there, but I guess many of us learn the hard way we have to be careful (think SOX, for example).
I feel really sorry for the notaries who take jobs from PDS - and I'm disgusted TCs still give him business.

He has a long history of this.
He posts positive ratings for himself on Signing Central to counteract the negative comments. He gets upset that I post about his NSF check to me since it has been a couple of years. I still see him doing it to new people all the time. Glad to hear others say that he should not be in business.

Everyone that's been "burned" needs to list this crook on everywhere. List your complaints at the cafeteria also. I'm shocked this guy hasn't been arrested for all the bad checks he writes. Banks will generally close your account when you write so many NSF checks.

Re: He has a long history of this.
I had a quite a go round with Paul this last time, he has always paid me and in fact paid me fifty dollars extra and with the last one but I was so done with him, he later sent a nasty "you are welcome" however it was just too late for me to even begin to be civil with him. He needs to have better business practices, and get squared away managing his business and money.
I also sent out two more notices this last week to other companies, asking to please remove me from their data base. I provide prompt professional service when they call, I stand behind my work 100 %, I refuse to accept the lack of the same from others.
