Phone attorney signing

This is my first signing with a phone attorney, what should I expect?
Thanks

I've had two phone attorney signings. One the attorney hung up saying to call him if there were any questions and the other just hung on the speaker phone never said a word.

I was kind of wondering if they were wanting me to answer questions or if they were just going to sit back. Thx.

I conducted one earlier this year here in FL for a loan for property in GA. I phoned him at the start of the signing and he spoke with the borrower and she was to call him back with any questions during the signing. If she did not have any questions, we were to just call him back when we were finished. My experience was that simple. Not sure if they are all conducted that way.

I work for a "phone attorney" as his paralegal, answering all the calls. I tell the notary to call me back if there are any legal questions, and I'll get the attorney on the phone. So far I've not had one single legal question. I had one notary ask if the DL has the name "James Lee Jones" on it, could she notarize the name "James Jones". So far it's only been really bad notary questions, and questions the LO should answer, not anything legal.
