Signing Wiz, LLC

Just handled a signing yesterday. I requested my payment through paypal yesterday afternoon --- I received funds yesterday afternoon.

John Kulik was very personable and easy to work with.

That #$%#@&! owes me from ONE closing about 5-6 years ago!
He vanished into thin air before I could do anything about it.
You were on target to get an advance paypal payment.
A thought: hold on to any written correspondence outlining the terms of your deal.
Some advanced paypal payers have reneged after the docs were received.

You obviously had good reason to ask for payment up front. I did a couple of signings for him more than a year ago & had to chase payment.

To follow up, he paid this morning for the PayPal request I made also this morning.

He explained when I took the assignment and asked about his shakey history here in NotRot, that he did have problems when a large TC (that we all know very well) went bankrupt and left him w/o some major money.

IMO I would work for John/Signing Wiz again at any time.

It is the people that you have to chase and give you NO responses are the ones that disgust me the most....if you cannot pay now, then just let me at least know when you think you can and I can live with it.

I will never work for this man again. I have never had to chase payment. I read forums on how some got him to pay via PayPal so I tried that. Sent 4 reminders with no results. He stopped answering his phone and would not answer emails after one telling me the check was in the mail and another saying he would pay via PayPal.

I decided to take a long shot. I still had email docs so I looked in them to get bank that did loan. I called the bank and talked to the branch manager yesterday. I explained to him my problem and he requested I forward all my emails to him. Today I got a payment on the invoice I sent via PayPal without one word from John Kulik. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall to here the conversation between him and the bank branch manager. It was worth the $2.48 fee to get paid.

The work was done June 15. Today is August 25 and I just got paid. I suggest no one work for this man. Not worth the effort to chase down payment.
