Call them, voice recording say they are SOOOOO busy that they can NOT talk with you/ Use e-mail.
At this pont in time, I suggest you seriously be concern about accepting assignments from them

I am suspect of a company that can't answer their phone at least some of the time. I have not had good luck with these folks.
