Waiting for docs...

Waiting for docs on both of my closings for this evening. Haven't had that happen in awhile. I have actually been spoiled lately w/most closing requests coming in days ahead of time & docs always there hrs before. Not so much today (and probably tomm too).

Me too... I have been waiting for docs for one signing that was going to sing on 9-10-9 then they moved it to 9-12-9 got moved again to 9-25-9 still no docs.

I agree this has not happened for a long time. Maybe we are going to have a good EOM.

In my case I am waiting for the bank to send the approval (short sale) to escrow and escrow to finish to finally do my signing.
