What's up with 07/18/09 @ 6 pm. I have gotten calls form four differant companies today for that same date and time. I already have that time booked. I think it's just funny that everyone wants that date and time.

It never seems to fail. Business has been slow & then I have to turn them away because everyone wants the same time & they won't be flexible. Grrrrrrr!

You could always consider adding $50-75$ or so to your fee for calls within 2 hours of a closing.

And sometimes it can make business vanish as well. If I tried that I can't imagine wow much business I would lose. Thanks, but I'd rather get my regular fee than no fee at all.
