This a kind of roller coaster month.... really busy first week, really slow second week and 3 signings so far this week. How are you doing? Are we going to keep busy? just curious...

I've noticed a significant dropoff in business here in the Phoenix metropolitan area over the last 2-months. I can't pinpoint the reason for the dropoff other than the backlog that is occuring within the banking industry.

Deadsville in Central CA Coast....hope end of month brings something along...Signed an REO purchase for first time borrower today, parents cosigned. Split signing No/So CA. The NO CA notary missed about 12 signatures, 1003, FHA/VA application and two LOE's. Obviously had no idea what he/she was doing. It will mean the borrower must stop into escrow and sign these tomorrow before it can record/fund.

Very slow here in El Paso for me.....Worst Sept since I started my business seven years ago.....And 'they' say the recession is over........hope it picks up!
