Donna as a premier member you should avail yourself of the

features here on NR. Signing Central has a orange tab, that says "WHO CALLED ME?" You can enter a phone number and it will search for matches. Lots of info can be found easily here on this site, if you are willing to do the work.

yes I did that but there are mixed reviews. It drew a red flag in the first place because he didn't put anything in the confirmation but the borrowers info and the fee.

Mixed reviews? The majority are negative, only 6 or 7 were positive in my opinion, (out of about 25) ....I would not do it. Been there, done that. I have learned the hard way, not everyone deserves the benefit of my doubt.

Donna - I'm pretty sure this is Express Notary Service in Irvine, CA, and although they are not the really good signing service they used to be (as far as notaries go), they have always paid me on a timely basis over the years, including two this spring and one in July.

There was a similarly named SS in Sacramento (actually, Elk Grove, CA) that was run by a bunch of scamsters. I think they're still around somewhere .... (916) area code

Than... they are the bed one. Express notary in Irvine has the address and phone number in the bottom of the confirmation.
