Received a message for a closing from a Monica. No company name was left in the message. Very heavy accent. Phone number 909-271-0141. Not in Signing Central and the number is unpublished. Someone else was asking about this phone number not too long ago (msg 332571)

Any clues as to who this is???

You're right ... it's unpublished. According to a reverse telephone directory, it is a land line located in Rialto, CA. Not much help ... but at least a start.

No personal experience---just know someone who did this (don't know the company she worked with, tho'). She said she enjoyed it and was well-compensated. Might be worth checking it out.

They DM to people who are tied up in a Timeshare...or multiple timeshares. They have them come in for a brief presentation and if clients desire, will take on the timeshare(s) for a fee. Then you just notarize the docs. Last time I was there for about an hour and a half total (two 45 minute blocks of time), did 10-15 notarizations and was well compensated, on the spot and in cash. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Monica is with Time Share Relief....great compnay to do signings for. I've worked for them 4 times (today most recently) and just love working with them. They typically do 3 seminars per day in a town...you notarized Limited POA's. They pay cash at the end of the day and as stated previously, they are a pleasure to work with/for!!
