It is a trick. They do not pay for 60-90 days. The only reason they are on craigs list is because no one else will work for them. Check them out on the search button. They will lure you with insta pay which is also a trick. I am surprised they are still in business.

Why am I not surprised that a deadbeat has to solicit notaries on craigslist? They've exhausted their pool of notaries in the directories to stiff....no notary worth their salt is willing to work with them - I think even the newbies are aware of and steer clear of DFS. LOL!!

A company posting on Craigs List should be your first clue--then $65/pkg.--please. They will get people in the public that are desperate for money. On the surface it sounds like a piece of cake, doesn't it???? LOL

I never saw a company with so many complaints and one star ratings.

I actually called this company the first time I saw their posting a while back. They were looking for "newer" NSAs as they will only pay the $65. I forgot exactly which company it is, but I did not get a great feeling talking with the person.

Just for laughs...
...you might ask for references from four or five of those "top producers" who "earn thousands of dollars per month before bonuses." Better ask for those who "earn" that amount, though, not those who actually got paid.

Also, Craigslist is where all the scammer show up. The
$65 fee is a moot point, because they probably won't be paid at all (if this is the company referred to earlier in the thread).

Some observations
First of all, I think it's really good news that a company like this has to resort to such desperate measures. But I'm amazed that they are actually able to find any clients. It just goes to show that there are companies out there who don't care a whit about quality. I notice that they didn't say anywhere that you have to know anything about loan documents. Just "have them signed". I feel for the borrowers!
Also, I find it interesting that they keep referring to it as a "job". Very interesting. Obviously they don't care about all that implies, either. Give me a break!
