Erin does not own Consumer Title anymore. Dan owns it. They went their seperate ways. Dan paid me for 6 signings where Erin didn't want to have anything with me. I worked with Dan already after the payment.

Dan McNamera ran a different SS prior to this and he had a non-payment reputation - Platinum Closing Services.

You guys are right, Erin's new company paid me. They originally called me saying they were consumer title. I'll admit Erin didn't answer emails or calls very well, but she did pay, so I'm not complaining.

Consumer Title and Erin's New Company......

I've never had a payment problem with Consumer Title until the big blow up between Dan and Erin. However, Dan paid me for the closing and we're back on track.

Now Erin's new company called me for a signing last week that I was not able to take at the time. If Erin has been making good like fellow posters have stated here, if I'm available for a closing of hers when she calls, I'll give her a try.
