I have done closings in the past for Consumer Title, they have always paid me, what do you know about them?

Erin and Dan used to partner in consumer Title ( signing co ) not a Title company. Looks like their disbute started in Dec. of 2009. Erin left and opened Signature Notary Services. Dan still operates the Consumer Title. I did coupe of signing for Dan in March and I get paid. Erin (Old Consumer) still owes me for 5 signings. Dan says Erin had all the money, account,records and she is responsible and Erin's phone is answered by someone named Collin at Signature Notary Services. Collin says she has nothing to do with all of these. I am considering options.
