Consumer Title - Erin Doskocil - Signature Notary Services
I too have not been paid. The current amount I'm out to date is $335.00. I had considered Consumer Title a great client. I have now received my 4th bad check from them. As if this business has not been hard enough in the last couple of years! I have no patience with people who do not live up to their obligations. This is theft and possibly fraud. I think I will join you in providing the information to the Prosecuting Attorney of Cuyahoga County and/or the Attorney General of Ohio. I think the title company is culpable as well if they continue to do business with a firm they know is defrauding vendors. The lenders should also be made aware of the shady business practices. I too hope Erin honors her commitment here to pay everyone. This is really sad. Everyone looses.
Would appreciate the Cuyahoga County Prosecuting Attorney info so I can make sure my info goes to the same person to assist in their case.

Two weeks ago Erin Pm me and promised to pay if I sent her all my information and invoices, after sending her everything, I email her and asked her when should I expect payment and she never reponded and to date I still have not recieved my money. I believe she is just telling some people she will pay to try and buy herself some time.....
But her time has ran out with me!!!!

Cari, what is your problem with linking profiles?
There are a variety of reasons why people choose not to link to their profiles. I don't see why it bothers you so much.

its not liike a pet peeve of mine, just curious as to why
some folks, such as yourself, are not allowing others on this forum to "read" who they are, as experience, etc. It seems as if they are hiding something, that's all.
If profiles are not listed, so be it....I can live with it....I guess, but that doesn't mean that I won't stop asking that folks link their profiles...so get used to it Robert

I'm not speaking for Cari but I can say with assurance that forum sites that require profiles are more civil, business like and stick to the post.
I like reading ALL the forums, each provides the information I specifically want. The good part about the others, no profile, no post.

Believe me Cari,
I have nothing to hide by not linking my profile in the forum. My profile is for potential clients to see for the purpose of hiring me for the job, it is not relevant to those who read the forum for information and feedback.
My post was to let others know that Erin is not paying everyone she is telling she will pay and she has not paid (ME).....specifically

Agreed 100%. My qualifications are not really anybody's business who posts on this forum. Potential clients can search the "Find a Notary" feature and find me.

posting on any open internet forum is a double edged sword..
for some, posting on an internet based forum, blog, etc. on a regular basis, gives the poster, blogger, etc., added "exposure" (good and bad) which could generate more 'potential' clients to the poster and their biz, which of course is excellent and most beneficial to the poster. Potential new clients would be able to see the poster's name on the forum, and click on the profile but only if its linked, then will be magically re-routed to that posters profile, exposing their experience, skills, contact and any website information.
Having a hidden or unlinked profile will probably frustrate potential new clients, and drive them away to your competitor who will no doubt, have a linked profile, because they would have no way of knowing who or how to reach the poster.
Having an open profile, DOES put the 'spotlight' on some, which could potentially hurt the poster if their posts are construed by the majority, as cruel, bullish, prejudicial, ridiculous, repetitive, irrelevant, stupid (for lack of a better word), but you get the picture. Then, I can see how having a hidden or unlinked profile would be most beneficial.
Well, what do I know....these are just MHO...

Re: posting on any open internet forum is a double edged sword..
Well I for one have never gotten a call from a potential client based on my listing with Notary Rotary, but then again I don't do loan signings. I am here to talk about notary law and if others construe that as repetitive or stupid that is their opinion. I am not hear to impress signing services, therefore I see no need to link to my profile just to have my personal business slung around this message board.
JMHO.
