Expert Signings

Has anyone been paid by them?

Reliaclose was about a 45 day to pay company, but they always paid.

They are not responding to my emails.

Got an Email yesterday from Maureen, saying she was paying three Invoices from February and would catch up with the rest of February and March in two/ three weeks.

Which expert signings are you referring to? I just accepted one for tonight from Expert Signings LLC out of Columbus, OH. I know there is a bad one in CA...

This was the same co. After checking out Not Rot and looking up their history, I declined the closing. I said the only way I could do it was if I was listed on the HUD. This was not possible. The SS didn't want to have to go find another notary, so together we came up with the following remedy: Check would go out that day and I would be paid during recission.

The check was in my hands two days after closing, and I'm happy to report the check has cleared.

And, for those wondering, the SS did not ask me to post this thread.
