Loan Mods for Oregon Notaries

Wanted the exact info about loan mods and the regulations here in Oregon so I did some asking around. Here it is for Oregon notaries..........

As of January of this year, loan modification companies must be
registered with the Division of Finance and Corporate Securities and
cannot take upfront fees.

Very interesting! As a matter of fact, I have an interview this afternoon for a Mod Consultant so I hope they are following the Oregon guidelines.
