Just say 'NO'
I'd rather have a glass of wine instead! $75 for 80 miles is GARBAGE.

Okay..I stand corrected..I think..
Have just received 5 phone calls from this company and I was wrong...this is not a SS per se but a "board" for companies to use to post jobs - a la the deli site - companies use their software and post jobs on their board and e-mails are sent through that site to notaries in the area. So, the job offered was not by NLC but was by a company using their software..
However, the bad thing is (1) the initial e-mail is from NLC and you need to log into THEIR website to view the job (which is what led me to believe it was them)...and (2) calls from them come up on caller ID as 'Unavailable"....both, IMO, bad business practice.
So, I retract any comment associating NLC with the fee offered...

And one more thing
NOW I see why Harry doesn't get directly involved in hooking up notaries with companies....yeesh!
