I just received a check for 2-9-10 signing. Looks like they are catching up with the payments.

Re: Been paid in full for january and febuary 2010 signing.
I think that they did everything they could to catch up. I just took another assignment from them.

I hope that's true. I recently received a couple of nice checks from them, but am still owed some. I'm going to proceed very cautiously about working with them more. I don't want to get in too deep, but I *would* like to see them be able to recover.

I still have an unpaid invoice from 12/9/09. Have left many messages for Ken and Chris with no return call. My account will be doing my taxes this week end and will "force" me to turn this over to a collection attoney, who is a good customer.

RE: NREIS Contact: Don't bother ...
because they won't respond to your e-mail anyway. You'll just have to sit back like the rest of us, and wait for payments to come dribbling in.

My last few checks from them have come at exactly 45 days. Hope that helps. Lauren Frasier has helped me in the past, but she can really only confirm that the check has been cut--the check I got yesterday was cut on 3/1 for closings done on 2/25, but not mailed until Thursday of last week.

I am taking them to court, meet with attorneys tomorrow, defrauding a title company to do their curtsey closing, they barked up the wrong tree
