Nations Sig Closers Strikes Again!
Closed a refi for them on March 19. As of April 20, still had not received payment. Contacted them a month later and was told, "Oh, I need a new W-9 for you." Sent new W-9. Advised by "accounting clerk" on April 21 that "she" received the W-9 and would mail payment the following monring. Today - April 28, still not check, so contacted them again. Response from "accounting clerk" was that she got behind and forgot all about it. "Accounting Clerk" sends me an e-mail asking if my address (that they have on file) is my correct address. Come on NSC - let's get a grip here and take care of our obligation. Just a word of warning - co seems very disorganized. It was the "accounting clerk's" responsibility to keep her files updated and current; not mine.

Sounds more to me like stall tactics or signal of doom
coming to this company. .

they babysit, low-ball, and now wont pay on time!

Boy, did this company go downhill. A year or two ago they were my favorite company; lots of work, good fees, prompt payment...easy. Then they got really stringent with what they would pay. After I complained about a couple of their unilateral fee cuts, they turned to other closers I guess, since I've done only one closing for them in the last six months. Ah, the good old days.....
