Troubleshooting during E-closings

I had one last night and mysteriously every time I opened the screen for the borrowers to sign, the PDF was damaged and I couldn't get it to display.

I didn't understand it because I've done several e-closes with the same computer and never had difficulty.

Here's what went wrong--Adobe Acrobat was trying to update and at some point I'd clicked "ignore," so the updates went dormant.

To resolve, open acrobat from your start menu and approve the downloads of the updates and then re-start the e-closing. It should work then.

Just thought I'd share this with you all as it baffled me at the time.
