Anyone have experience with Urban Settlement Services, LLC they are located in Pittsburgh PA.

I've done some closings with them. They've all gone smoothly, no difficulties with payment.

They pay after the 30th of the following month when the loan closes. So if you close this week in April, your check won't go out until after May 31st.
