Beware: Dynamic Field Solutions is calling as Dynamic Group
She begged me to take the closing, but I refused. She offered $70.

Linda, I was called this morning also and after reviewing their payment background I told them I was already committed.

She sounded so desperate and begged me if she paid me upfront. A whole $70. No thanks. They are struggling to find notaries which is a good thing.

Don't you just love it when their lousy reputation
and their tricks finally catch up to them and bite them in the rear?? Makes this all worthwhile, doesn't it?

We need to make more of them struggle until they learn that
we have other alternatives to our income with general notary work. Why should we do the work for low pay and sometimes no pay or wait 90-180 days for our bread as so many have done in the past.

Yep!! You said it well, Linda!!
And don't be fooled by another trick of the trade. The desperate lowballers will start agreeing to any fee quoted by the Notary ($XXX) - no matter how much it's above their lowball offer ($50/$60/$70). The confirmation will reassure the Notary that the lowballer has agreed to their fee of $XXX. The Notary does the signing and a check is sent 60/90/120 days later for $70.
BEWARE!!

Just got a call from Vicki from Dynamic Group offering $70 for a loan refi (130pgs) edocs to a location over 1 hour away. I told her to confirm the bo location first and call back. Thank goodness for Notary Rotary where I found this information they are bad payers. I told her after looking here I don't feel comfortable about taking this assignment unless payment up front was done and it would be costly. She agreed to send it to my paypal account. She explained they had problems in the past and that some of the notaries weren't doing their job with their stamps and printing docs and not showing up and they lost a big customer over it. Don't think I'll take the job despite her excuses.

Wow these guys have the worst reputation EVER. Look at the BBB ratings and stuff. We should all use that one collection agency for Notaries ONE BOX.

Three months and still no payment. I have sent 15 invoices by mail, called and left 4 messages, emailed, and faxed 3 invoices. I still have not one reply for my work.
