Bus is slow in Wisc

My business has really slowed down the last two weeks in rural Wisconsin. Is anyone else having this same situation? Any advice? How is business for others?

Came to a screeching halt the last two weeks here in Northwest Louisiana.

It's all about location, location, location ...... Any signing work I do get seems to be limited to sales of bank-owned homes.. Appraisals are so low in my neck of the woods, re-fi's are practically non-existent.

Don't overlook general notary work. Just having a sign on your vehicle and carrying your briefcase with you at all times can generate business.

Glenn, Are you serious? Its refi-mania right now. Everyone is refinancing. Rates are at the lowest they've been in years. Call your clients, send them "thinking of you" cards ASAP! You should be busy. I know a few SA in CA, and they are working non-stop right now. (They are in bay area and Southern Cali.)
I just spoke with a client, they tripled their order count last month, so I will be getting all of those sometime this month, early next month.
Don't sit and wait, but call title companies, signing companies and make sure they know you are there, available for work ASAP!
