Escrow Quick
Escrow Quick owes me money for 4 months. It bothers me to no end, that they are still in business and taking advantage of other notaries. I tried to warn notaries on SC but when I try to add it a box comes up and says it is already on there, but it isn't. The message I got is that it may exist under some other name. It doesn't make sense that I can't add Escrow Quick.

I'm taking your company to small claims court and filing complaints with the BBB and with the California state departments regarding your license.

Hi Dixie,
I have spent some time looking into this situation for you so that I could respond properly. Per our records we hired you to complete a Notary signing which you did not complete. You left the house without completing the job therefore; by doing so you willingly gave up any right to receive compensation from our Company. We were forced to find another Notary (last minute) who was willing to sit with the client and complete the job. The Notary who completed the job they were hired to do is getting paid. We don’t have any extra funds to give you. If they clients cancelled then we would pay you a cancellation fee for your time and paper etc…however this is not the case. If you would like to peruse any type of legal action please be aware that we have also received calls (which we have saved and recorded in the event we may need to use them) from the Borrower, Mortgage Broker and other Notary. I will not go into detail as to what was said but I will say that the client was not pleased with your less then professional manner. If I must I will hand our file over to our legal department.
I would also appreciate it if you did not judge our companies integrity, threaten and accuse us of being dishonest. Please respond in a professional manner the next time you contact us as we are keeping everything for our records.
Respectfully,
Lorraine Thibodeau

Karen, your company is going to pay me. I am going to give you and your company so much legal trouble. I realize now you and your company are dishonest by not divulging certain facts to me about Mr. Cook, like him being blind. Now I know why you didn't want me to contact Mr. Cook beforehand because you knew he was blind. You're shameful and your company will pay me, I assure you. You're not going to get away with it. I'm also going to blacklist your company on notary boards. You will have a hard time finding a notary to take your assignments. Dixie Drake
