Good Riddance....
Worst EOM ..Next to my very first EOM!
If it wasn't for my weekly volunteer work at the Senior Citizens Center, I wouldn't have very much at all!

Mine was just so so. It's been steady but not wonderful. So sorry Jim hopefully next month is better for you.

Thanks for the encouragement Irene, at least I got a lot of artwork done. That's the way it goes.

I don't know what the heck happened!
We were dead the first 2 weeks of the month. Got a little busy the third week and the fourth week it exploded! I must admit that we do not do 5 or 6 a day very often anymore but was sure grateful for a few of those days (after EOM deadline date).
Here is hoping that August is a great month for everyone!

July rallied for me at EOM. Biz is still way down from last
year & the work is harder--postponements, etc. Rates are so fantastic that it should pick up for the remainder of the year.

Good EOM for me ??. two yrs ago I had the same earnings by closing half of the 55 signings that I did last month.. too much time involved, lots of mileage, re-printing docs, faxing-backs..
TC and SS don't pay over $100 in this area with a few exceptions.
Wish you the best in the months to come..

Best week I've had all year
But as others have said, I'm doing twice the work that I used to for the same or less money. Not how I want to run my business. I've always aimed to work smarter and more efficiently, not harder. But not a lot of choice in these times. We've got to fight and scrap for everything.

Re: Best week I've had all year
You're so right about that, Al. We're all seeing it. It doesn't just apply to this biz--it's happening all over America. I was able to be a little more picky about accepting some work. I'm working much harder for the jobs I get, and sometimes feel like I'm spinning my wheels. I am grateful for the work that comes my way and try to complain less. It is what it is, as they say.

My best month so far this year
Was a good month all the way through...steady and very busy EOM, especially last Thursday. Who can ever figure out why it is so different in various regions or individual notaries?
Interest rates are at all time low, so should be busy for everyone in the coming month(s)
May it be very good all the way to the end of the year for all of us!

Re: My best month so far this year
It’s very difficult to refi, or buy a house if you don’t have a job. If you owe more than your house is worth, kinda hard to refi or sell, regardless of interest rates. I wouldn’t look for things to pick up until a couple of million people go back to work.
