HELOC

Hi, I'm doing my first HELOC tomorrow. Is there anything I need to know different than a Refi or Purchase? Thanks so much for all of your help.

Carol, in your profile you say you are experienced and you don't know... Treat it like a refi and you'll be just fine. After tomorrow you will be even more more experienced?

The thing that comes to my mind with HELOC's is that the Note is called an Agreement, and the TIL is embedded within the Agreement and is not a separate doc.

probably will not have a TIL or a HUD. Usually less

than 1/2 the size of a refi.
After you are familiar with dox, they only take a few minutes.
